She has served as the strategic PR lead, corporate communications counsel and spokesperson for clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to well-established technology leaders such as 3Com, National Semiconductor, Finisar and AMCC. Her technical articles have been published in electronic trade publications such as Electronic News, EE Times, Network World and Wireless Design & Development, and she has cultivated strong, long-term relationships with key industry editors and analysts. Along with her responsibilities as president of The Ardell Group, Karina continues to serve as a senior advisor for select clients. She remains an active alumnus, philanthropic organization mentor, and frequent speaker on values-based leadership at University of California, San Diego, where she earned her bachelor's degree. As CEO, Dave plays a key role in the strategic vision and growth of the agency. He has managed clients in various industries from networking, telecommunications, semiconductor, electronics and storage. From the start, Dave built up the agency around prominent global accounts that including Seimens-Rolm, Cisco Systems, National Semiconductor and 3Com Corporation. Prior to founding The Ardell Group, David worked for Davis-Marrin Communications as an account executive, and an independent public relations consultant and technical writer within the high-tech field. David has been published as both a ghostwriter and contributing editor in several national trade publications including EDN, Electronic Design, EE Times, Data Communications, Telecommunications, Advanced Systems, Printed Circuit Design, Power Quality and others. Dave is actively involved in several environmental groups and earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
